This policy explains what information ENDEUR collects when you use our public website and tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and we collect only what we need to answer you.
ENDEUR LLC ("ENDEUR," "we," "us") is a Puerto Rico limited liability company that helps companies find and pursue federal contracting revenue. ENDEUR is the party responsible for the information described here. Our build partner, Codamere, operates the site and tools on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
This policy covers our public pages at endeur.com and our public Contract Readiness Pulse at pulse.endeur.com. It does not cover password-protected or client-only tools, which are governed by the terms provided with them.
Information you give us. You choose whether to share this. We collect it in two places:
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages and times of your visit, for delivery and security. To keep the Pulse form free of spam and bots, we use a challenge service that processes your IP address and a one-time token when you submit. Our public marketing pages do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers, and the home page has no data-collection form of its own.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal effects on you. Your Pulse score is guidance for a conversation, not a decision about you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, and only for that purpose:
| Provider | What it does | What it handles |
|---|---|---|
| Cal.com | Scheduling the intro call | Your name, email, and booking details |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting, delivery, and bot protection for the Pulse form | Technical request data, including your IP address |
| Google Fonts | Serves the site's typeface | Your IP address when a page loads the font |
| ENDEUR CRM | Our own contact-management system, run for us by Codamere on a private terminal | The details and Pulse answers you submit, kept as a lead record |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. If that ever happens, we will handle your information consistently with this policy.
ENDEUR is a private advisory business. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Small Business Administration, any contracting agency, or the U.S. Government. Information you share about your company is used to advise you and is not submitted to any agency unless you separately ask us to help with a specific filing.
We keep the information you give us for as long as we are in contact about your interest in ENDEUR, and afterward only as long as we reasonably need it for business records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below), and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
You can, at any time:
To do any of these, email us at the address below and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or, for visitors in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the GDPR; where those laws apply, we honor the rights they give you, and you will not be treated differently for exercising them.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including a hosting and bot-protection layer and access limits on our contact records. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.
The site is meant for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
ENDEUR operates from the United States and Puerto Rico, and your information is processed in the United States. If you access the site from another country, you understand that your information will be handled under United States law, which may differ from the law where you live.
By using the Contract Readiness Pulse or booking a call, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
Questions about this policy or your information? Email privacy@endeur.com, or write to ENDEUR LLC, Puerto Rico. We read and answer these.
